About the Role

As an Escrow Officer at First American Financial Company, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage escrow accounts, ensuring accurate and timely disbursements of funds.
  • Prepare and review closing documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Act as a neutral liaison between file parties, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the transaction process.
  • Monitor and mitigate risk to the company, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in the escrow/title industry preferred.
  • Valid licensing/certification as required by applicable state.
