Salary: Our competitive salary is based on years of experience, with a starting wage ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 per year, plus shift differentials and a generous attendance bonus. Our benefits package includes three United Health Care programs, Guardian Dental and Vision, AFLAC, STD, LTD, and Life insurance, as well as Flex Spending Accounts.
Job Description
You would be responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and performing building maintenance, services, and repairs, developing and leading your staff, and managing your budget, equipment, and resources. You will also play a key role in the safety program of the facility.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in facilities management or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years physical plant and equipment experience in an institutional environment with supervisory or management responsibilities.
- Current knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations that apply to practice of laundry and housekeeping work in long term care.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, oral and written communication skills.
