Role Summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team. This role involves receiving and processing assistance requests from clients and customers, and coordinating the dispatch of resources to respond to those requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, coworkers, and supervisors to ensure seamless coordination of services.
  • Schedule and dispatch resources, including personnel, equipment, and vehicles, to meet customer needs and specifications.
  • Ensure timely and efficient movement of resources according to work orders and resource schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer requests, work performed, and other dispatch information.
  • Collaborate with clients and supervising personnel to address questions, problems, and requests for resources.
  • Monitor resources and utilization to optimize efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
  • Prior experience in multi-line reception or dispatching is preferred, but not required.

Benefits

ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes competitive pay and benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, and retirement plans. The hourly rate for this position is estimated at $15.00-$17.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
