Position Overview
The selected candidate will oversee the precise management of inventory, which includes receiving, processing, documenting, and distributing materials. This role encompasses various administrative responsibilities, such as data entry and maintaining records in SAP and Jira. Ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations is a critical aspect of this position. Candidates will be tasked with managing regional storerooms and executing activities such as inventory counts, procurement, inventory transfers, establishing new storerooms, tracking parts, and providing logistical support across the region. This role will support all main regional hubs as well as a specific regional storeroom. The successful candidate will also handle procurement needs as a non-ISC buyer and assist with GADS reporting. Additionally, this position will support Regional Managers in implementing security measures and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory transactions, reporting, and compliance.
- Oversee GADS transactions, reporting, compliance, and support.
- Coordinate procurement and contract activities, including shopping carts and other procurement tasks.
- Administer security for regional/site keys and ensure compliance.
• Execute advanced supplier contract coordination and technical tasks with minimal supervision to support operational goals.
• Develop and implement procedures that promote safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations.
• Plan, schedule, and carry out project activities efficiently.
• Utilize knowledge of permits and regulations to take necessary actions to prevent exceedances.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 3+ years in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications
• Associate's Degree in a related discipline.
