We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate pediatric nephrologists to join our esteemed team at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. As a leading children's hospital, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our young patients and their families.

About the Role

We are looking for board-certified or board-eligible pediatric nephrologists to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care, a commitment to ongoing education and research, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients with kidney disease, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols.
  • Engage in educational activities, including teaching and mentoring residents and fellows, and participating in departmental and hospital-wide educational programs.
  • Contribute to research efforts, including designing and implementing studies, analyzing data, and presenting findings at national and international conferences.

Requirements
  • Board certification or board eligibility in pediatric nephrology.
  • Completion of an accredited fellowship program in pediatric nephrology.
  • Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of Georgia.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
  • Current DEA registration.
