**About the Role**

At Addison Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage Requests for Information (RFI) review, vetting, assignment, and completion, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Oversee the RFI support system, including updating W9s annually, managing Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and maintaining FAQs.
  • Process Adobe Acrobat signatures and generate reports from the RFI system.
  • Provide administrative support to the Americas Management team, including coordinating Sales Leader Meetings and tracking open/active NDA for corporate entities.
  • Assist in coordinating Sales Leader Meetings, including preparing presentations, materials, travel arrangements, and meeting notes.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of blended administrative experience with reports, contracts, and high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suites, including SharePoint, D365, and Excel.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's degree preferred.
