Key Responsibilities- Engagement Management: Plan, execute, and manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously, both on-site and remotely.

- Financial Statement Review: Review financial statements and audit work papers for accuracy and completeness.
- Audit Issue Identification: Identify and communicate audit issues to clients, proposing innovative solutions.

- Client Relationship Development: Develop and maintain strong client relationships through both virtual and in-person interactions.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Professional Certifications: CPA certification required.
- Experience: 7+ years of public accounting experience with at least 5 years at the manager level.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and other relevant accounting standards.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects in both remote and in-office settings.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with audit software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adaptability: Adaptability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Competitive Compensation: Competitive salary range: $140K - $180K, commensurate with experience.
