The Head of Compliance will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compliance programs to ensure that Kith meets all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards globally. This includes overseeing global testing requirements, managing social and ethical factory compliance through audits, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance programs focused on labor practices, environmental impact, and ethical sourcing.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure the company complies with all relevant local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Partner with the PD and Production Department to ensure Kith Manuals/SOPs are kept up to date for both internal and external partners.
- Ensure all Kith partners/suppliers are adhering to our NDA requirements and ensuring the Kith brand is not damaged.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCEP, CCO) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance management, with a significant portion in a global or multinational company.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of global testing requirements, social and ethical compliance standards, and regulatory environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficient in using compliance management software and tools.
