Job Summary:
Mavis Tire Supply is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Store Manager to lead our retail sales and service team in the Crystal Lake area. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory and expenses, and ensuring maximum profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage sales programs to drive revenue growth
- Direct the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and safe completion of vehicle repair and maintenance
- Communicate directly with customers to assess their needs and provide information on requested and necessary automotive repairs and maintenance
- Manage personnel and control operating costs to ensure maximum profitability
- Track personal success and weekly earnings through our digital dashboard
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience in retail store management or any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
