About the Role

CableCom is seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to lead our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. As a key member of our construction operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities to ensure they are completed in accordance with customer and industry specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise construction operations to ensure safe and productive work environments.
  • Provide on-the-job training to employees on construction practices and methods.
  • Assign daily production to in-house and subcontract laborers and crews.
  • Requisition, assign, and track materials needed for daily operations.
  • Perform audits to ensure work is completed in compliance with project specifications and monitor safe work practices.
  • Resolve complaints with property owners and review daily production reports.
  • Reconcile issued parts and materials on a daily basis.
  • Verify submitted Daily Production Reports for accuracy and approve recorded production for billing purposes.
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Possess a valid driver's license (class C minimum) or be eligible and willing to obtain the required license.
  • Provide verifiable evidence of experience in CATV construction and prior supervisory experience in construction or a related field.
  • Have strong project management skills and be able to work in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions.
  • Able to perform physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift.
