Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented RV Detailer to join our team at Blue Compass RV. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the interior and exterior of our RVs are clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and polish windows to a high shine
  • Dust and clean furniture and trim to perfection
  • Clean all floors, including carpets and upholstery
  • Wash and clean appliances, including the refrigerator and stove
  • Operate cleaning equipment and machines to ensure a thorough clean
  • Use a variety of hand-held tools to detail the interior of RVs
  • Notify supervisors of any issues or concerns with RVs
  • Prepare new units for delivery and recondition pre-owned units

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a dealership or detail center is a plus, but not required
  • Self-directed initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, climbing, and lifting up to 15 pounds
