The Pennington County Sheriff's Office in Rapid City, South Dakota is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Licensed Addiction Counselor at our Care Campus. As an integral member of our team, you will play a vital part in providing comprehensive researched-based counseling services to individuals and families affected by substance use disorders.

Job Summary:

As a Licensed Addiction Counselor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality individual and group counseling sessions to clients. Your primary goal will be to empower individuals to achieve long-term recovery through evidence-based interventions and support. You will also collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of clinical services and provide supervision as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive counseling services to individuals and families affected by substance use disorders
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing support and supervision to clients to promote long-term recovery
  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based approaches
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress

Salary Estimate:
