Program Coordinator IL and AL

Spectrum Retirement Communities is committed to creating a vibrant and engaging community for our residents. We are seeking a talented Program Coordinator IL and AL to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead programs that maximize resident engagement and enhance the quality of life
  • Collaborate with the Director, Entertainment & Programming to plan and implement activities and events
  • Assist in creating a monthly program calendar that offers a balance of cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical, and recreational opportunities
  • Procure groups, organizations, and individuals to perform for or instruct residents
  • Encourage residents to participate in activities using positive relationships and personalized interactions
  • Provide medical transportation to residents within community guidelines and assist with outings and excursions
