About the Role:

Mentor South Bay is seeking a Part-time Bilingual ABA Therapist to provide Early Intervention, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Behavioral Health and Mental Health Outpatient services across Massachusetts and Connecticut. Our team is dedicated to helping individuals and families reach their fullest potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior-analytic services for assigned pediatric clients in our Hartford office.
  • Provide outreach services to children and families, and consult with team members to implement individualized services for assigned clients.
  • Maintain client records completely and accurately, including documentation of forms and regulations regarding intake and discharge of clients.
  • Complete billing documentation according to schedule established by the clinic, and adhere to professional standards and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Must speak fluent Spanish.
  • Preferred experience in a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport quickly.
