Job Summary:

The Adjunct Faculty member will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in hospitality-related courses, including Culinary Arts, Baking & Pastry Arts, and Hospitality Management. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach and mentor students in hospitality-related courses
  • Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of students and industry partners
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback
  • Participate in departmental and college-wide initiatives to promote student success and retention
Requirements:

To be considered for this position, applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of full-time related work experience. A Master's degree or higher is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification by the American Culinary Federation at the CSC level or above is preferred.
