Clinical Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Director to lead our Eating Disorder Program at Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall clinical quality of our treatment program, including continuous quality improvement, staffing, and fiscal responsibility.
Key Responsibilities- Lead clinical therapists through mentoring and coaching, and assist with interactions with insurance payers.
- Model normalized eating habits by eating meals to completion with clients and staff while working at mealtimes.
- Conduct individual therapy, group therapy, or family therapy as needed.
- Participate in discharge and aftercare planning with the entire treatment team.
- Provide safe, affirming, and empathetic support across multiple populations.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in a behavioral health setting, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Working knowledge of admissions and intake, Utilization Review, and 3rd party or insurance payers.
- Previous experience with Joint Commission and regulatory standards compliance is desired.
- Ability to manage budgets and utilize KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Experience in an Eating Disorder program or other residential behavioral health setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practices.
- Employee selection and performance management experience are a plus.
- Must hold a Master's degree in a clinical discipline, at minimum.
- Active State license (or be license eligible).
