Job Overview

KCARC is looking for a dedicated Cost Accountant to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role that reports directly to the Vice President of Business and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Planning, analyzing, and gathering data to assess the costs associated with manufacturing activities, including raw material procurement, inventory management, and labor expenses.
  • Collecting and compiling cost data for external financial reporting and generating quantitative insights for internal management use to support planning, decision-making, and operational control.
  • Executing daily and weekly cost accounting closing procedures while preparing and reviewing monthly financial statements and general ledger analyses.
