Overview

Fairview Health Services is seeking a casual Anesthesiology physician to join a developing practice at M Health Fairview St. John's Hospital. The team will provide high acuity tertiary care in a community hospital setting, offering opportunities for professional growth, a diverse case variety, and a focus on work-life balance.

Practice Details:
  • Collaborate with a team of 8 anesthesiologists and employed CRNAs.
  • Experience a wide variety of cases, including cardiac, general surgical, robotics, spine, and orthopedic procedures.
  • Annual case volume of 7,000+ in addition to cath lab procedures.
  • Work in a hospital with 184 beds, featuring a Level 3A NICU, busy OB practice, and high-volume ED.
  • Call is on premise.
  • Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
  • As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our providers use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Anesthesiology residency training program.
  • Board certified/eligible with the ABMS.
  • Licensed or able to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice licensure.
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
  • Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience is preferred.
