**Salary**: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a clinical leadership capacity. As a Clinical Director, you will oversee the development and implementation of ABA programs for children and families, collaborating closely with our team of professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Supervise and develop Behavior Technicians
  • Develop, plan, and implement strategies for program growth and continuation
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in ABA clinical care
  • Provide consultation and support to families and children
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director on program development and quality assurance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • BCBA certification
  • Master's degree
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working in the ABA field
  • Knowledge and experience with Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
  • Experience conducting assessments
