Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates professionalism and courteous behavior in every customer interaction.
  • Engages in regular one-on-one meetings with management and participates in team discussions.

  • Adheres to all bank policies and regulations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
  • Responsible for opening and closing the bank branch in accordance with security protocols.
  • Undertakes additional duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities and sound judgment.
  • Excellent communication skills, encompassing listening, speaking, and writing.
  • Ability to manage challenging customer situations with empathy and promptness.
  • Capable of building trust while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
  • Familiarity with safety and security protocols, reporting any unsafe conditions promptly.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, teller roles, or banking preferred.

Work Environment:

  • May require prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
  • Occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
