We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Medical Surgical Oncology setting. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and advocating for the needs of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze comprehensive data to determine patient diagnoses and develop individualized care plans.
- Advocate for patient safety and well-being, ensuring effective care and use of resources.
- Educate patients and their families on medications, procedures, and treatments, providing emotional support throughout their stay.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify expected outcomes and develop plans to achieve them.
- 1 year of recent RN experience, with a strong preference for acute care experience.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start.
- Current BLS certification required, with ACLS preferred and required within 6 months of hire.
- BSN degree preferred.
