Position:
We are seeking a dynamic Oncology RN to provide care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering adults in our patient-centered care model.

Shifts Available:
Days (Rotating Weekends) 7a-7p, and Nights (Rotating Weekends): 7p-7a

Job Summary:
As a compassionate and reliable RN, you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You will be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation
  • Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
  • Analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues
  • Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation
  • Act as an advocate for patient safety
  • Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment
  • Educate patients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay

Requirements:

  • 1 year of Recent RN experience. (Does not need to have acute care experience. They would be open to LTAC experience) (Recent RN experience is strongly preferred)
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
  • Current BLS required
  • Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
  • BSN is preferred

Compensation:

Pay Rates:
Up to $39.60/hr. (Based on years of experience)

Sign ON Bonus:
Up to $20k sign on (Case-by-case basis)

Shift Differentials:
$3/hr. Nights and $2/hr. weekends

Relocation:
Case by Case Basis
