About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Eagle Rock Distributing. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate loading of products onto our trucks for delivery to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Loading route vehicles in accordance with load sheets and ensuring product is properly counted and tagged with account information to ensure accurate loading of trucks.
  • Operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts, lift gates, dock-levelers, and wrap machines, to efficiently move products throughout the warehouse.
  • Ensuring proper standards are followed when performing repack and/or breakage repairs, and reporting any damaged product to management.
  • Keeping work areas clean and accessible, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds regularly, and push and pull up to 340 pounds on a two-wheeler and up to 700 pounds on a cart.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet physical demands of the position, including regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and twisting for shifts lasting 8+ hours.
  • Ability to work in refrigerated areas of the warehouse and in environments with unregulated temperatures.
  • Previous experience operating a forklift is a plus, but not required.
