The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring consistent profitability in their designated territory. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, develop plans, and execute them to achieve short- and long-term sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand existing relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and customer needs.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales development, preferably in a medical setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
This is a full-time, remote position that requires prolonged periods of sedentary work. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a virtual environment and have excellent time management skills.
