Job Title: Auditory Verbal Therapist - SouthPark Office

CEENTA is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as an Auditory Verbal Therapist. This role will provide high-quality diagnostic and intervention services to children and adults with hearing loss.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide AVT services to patients with hearing loss, including diagnostic and intervention services.
  • Educate and counsel patients and families on treatment plans and progress.
  • Develop individualized therapy plans for patients.
  • Communicate regularly with the clinical care team, including audiologists, otolaryngologists, and other therapists.
  • Conduct patient evaluations using standardized assessments.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from an ASHA-accredited program.
  • Experience working with children and adults with hearing loss, preferably with cochlear implant recipients.
  • Knowledge of the cochlear implant process and stages of auditory skill development after implantation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment:

The Auditory Verbal Therapist will work in a fast-paced clinical environment, providing services to patients at our SouthPark location. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting and provide high-quality patient care.
