This role is responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in our professional kitchen. As an Executive Chef, you will be a key member of our team, working closely with our culinary experts to deliver high-quality dishes that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare all served food according to our menu and recipes, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Menu Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning food production to coordinate with meal serving hours, ensuring that we have the right dishes ready at the right time.
  • Culinary Expertise: Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions, ensuring that every dish is prepared correctly and presented attractively.
  • Operational Efficiency: Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized workspace that adheres to all sanitation and food production codes.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or other related fields, preferably in a fast-paced environment like ours.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques, as well as a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest culinary trends.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring that every dish is prepared correctly and presented attractively.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well in teams, communicating effectively with our culinary experts and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
What We Offer
