Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Sonographer to join our dynamic healthcare team in Washington, DC. As an Echocardiogram Technologist, you will be responsible for preparing patients for exams, operating equipment, and entering test data into the EMR system.

Responsibilities:

* Prepares patients for exams by checking equipment, inventory, and reviewing physician orders
* Operates echocardiogram equipment to produce high-quality images
* Enters test data into the EMR system
* Searches for abnormalities during imaging
* Prints data and graphics to produce measurements of heart wall, chamber size, blood flow direction, and velocity

Requirements:

* Graduate of an accredited Radiography or Ultrasound program
* ADRMS registered in Adult Echocardiography (RDCS) or CCI Echocardiography (RCS)
* BLS certification
* 1-3 years of experience in echocardiogram technology
* Experience working with EMR systems
