Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Report Creation: Generate or update reports, including status updates and progress assessments, as dictated by organizational needs. This requires thorough analysis of data sources, identification of critical metrics, and clear presentation of information.
  2. Collaboration with Teams: Partner with program teams to create a reporting schedule that aligns with project milestones. Ensure that data is delivered promptly to facilitate informed decision-making by program managers and stakeholders.
  3. Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to ascertain their reporting needs and preferences. Adjust reporting methods to meet client expectations and deliver insightful analysis tailored to their requirements.
  4. Dashboard Development: Create engaging and interactive dashboards utilizing reporting tools and software. Tailor dashboards to meet specific client reporting needs, allowing users to easily interpret and analyze data for effective decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or Data Analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience in report generation and data analysis.
  • Expertise in reporting tools and software, including Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to decipher complex data sets and recognize trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and client engagement.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality reports and dashboards.
