As a Special Needs Education Instructor, your role will involve working closely with students who have unique learning requirements, guiding them towards academic achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individualized tutoring sessions for students with special educational needs.
  • Design and implement customized lesson plans that align with each student's Individualized Education Plan (IEP).
  • Modify teaching methods and materials to accommodate the diverse learning styles and needs of each student.
  • Track and document student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education professionals to create a supportive educational environment.
  • Maintain open communication with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
  • Promote a safe and inclusive atmosphere that fosters emotional and behavioral growth.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in special education to enhance your teaching approach.

Qualifications:
