About the Role

Fabletics Retail is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the position of Full-Time Sales Lead at our Del Amo store in Torrance, CA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving sales and supporting store operations.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager, supervisors, and associates to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide training and feedback to associates on customer experience, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines to ensure a visually appealing and easy-to-shop environment.
  • Participate in feedback and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed sales and productivity targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment, with prior retail management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling, and running.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
