Job Summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Collector to join our team. As a Collector, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by collecting and processing specimens in a safe and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Specimen Collection
    • Collect specimens from clients in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of specimen collection tasks.
    • Maintain accurate records of specimen collection and processing.
  • Transportation and Logistics
    • Transport specimens and supplies to the appropriate destination in a safe and timely manner.
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of transportation and logistics tasks.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and employees.
    • Communicate effectively with clients and employees to ensure smooth specimen collection and processing.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures and guidelines.
    • Identify and report any quality assurance issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Experience
    • DOT Certification and any other necessary documentation pertaining to this position must be presented prior to a job offer.
  • Skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
    • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new software.
  • Licenses and Certifications
    • Valid driver's license.
Working Conditions

The Collector will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent travel to various locations. The Collector must be able to lift up to 10 pounds and sit for extended periods of time.
