Position Overview: Esthetics Clinic Classroom Learning Leader

The Esthetics Clinic Classroom Learning Leader plays a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our Future Professionals. This position involves educating, inspiring, and guiding students in their technical skills and customer service abilities, ensuring they receive a comprehensive and enriching learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective instruction in the clinic classroom setting.
  • Utilize objective-based education (O.B.E.) methodologies, mini classes, and learning centers to enhance student learning.
  • Mentor and coach students, fostering their growth and development in esthetics.
  • Promote a collaborative and positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the beauty industry, with a valid cosmetology, barbering, or esthetics license.
  • Proven experience in teaching or instructing at a cosmetology or esthetics school.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to professional development.
  • Familiarity with Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical frameworks is advantageous.
