Cardiac Rehabilitation Exercise Physiologist

At UVM Health Network-Porter Medical Center, we are dedicated to improving the health of our community. As a Cardiac Rehabilitation Exercise Physiologist, you will play a vital role in our multidisciplinary team, working closely with patients and families to design and implement personalized exercise programs for cardiac rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and evaluate exercise programs for patients undergoing cardiac rehabilitation
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and families
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in cardiac rehabilitation
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology from an accredited institution
  • Up to one year of experience in a rehabilitation setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to medical situations
