Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patient care needs, utilizing evidence-based practice to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the provider, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, including communication with providers, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and empowering them to take an active role in their care.
- Document patient care activities, assessments, and outcomes in accordance with organizational standards and policies.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage patient care, including delegation to and supervision of other members of the patient care team.
- Basic computer skills, with prior experience using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) for charting preferred.
