Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse in our Radiology Department, you will provide general nursing care to patients and families throughout the continuum of care in perioperative and operating room settings. You will be accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing, and will delegate nursing tasks to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) using the criteria written in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care provided to assigned patients
• Provide professional nursing care services to patients according to department policies and nursing care standards
• Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care provided to assigned patients
Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio
• BLS certification
• BSN required at 5 years of employment
