Job Title: Director, Quality Assurance

St. Luke's Hospital is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and safety. We are seeking a highly skilled Director, Quality Assurance to join our team.

The Director, Quality Assurance will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality and patient safety for our hospital. This includes coordinating performance improvement activities, facilitating process and system changes to enhance patient safety, and collaborating with network partners to deliver high-quality and safe patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate quality and patient safety goals established by leadership
  • Analyze actual and potential adverse clinical events for risk prevention and mitigation initiatives
  • Coordinate the implementation of patient complaint and grievance processes
  • Review patient complaints and grievances and offer recommendations to mitigate organizational risk
  • Collaborate with network standards and accreditation to ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting organizations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare-related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in clinical care of patients
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Current professional licensure in New Jersey or Pennsylvania
