Job Description

As a Recruitment Coordinator at The Arc Rockland, you will play a critical role in supporting our recruitment efforts. Your responsibilities will include scheduling interviews, coordinating pre-employment activities, and maintaining applicant databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling interviews and managing applicant databases
  • Coordinating pre-employment activities and onboarding processes
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to employees and job applicants

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
  • Two years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Fundamental knowledge of employment law and HR principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range:$50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
