Job Overview

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and maintaining applicant information in our database. The successful candidate will also participate in the interview process, organize orientation, and perform administrative tasks as required.

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
  • Two years of experience in Human Resources; HRIS proficiency a plus.
  • Fundamental knowledge of employment law and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Work Environment

This is a regular office position that requires visual acuity, manual dexterity, and speaking/hearing ability sufficient to communicate effectively.
