  • Lead and drive data science analytics initiatives to deliver high-impact, actionable insights.

  • Build scalable demand forecasting models to optimize productivity and labor with the goal of delivering excellent customer experience while balancing operating cost and asset efficiency.
  • Design, develop, and implement predictive models and algorithms to support business objectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, data science, mathematics, computer science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • 2+ years with data-science individual contributor role.
  • Hands-on experience building ML and predictive models required.
  • Demonstrated experience in statistical and/or quantitative analysis, forecasting, predictive analytics, multivariate testing, outlier analysis, and/or optimization algorithms.
  • Extensive experience with SQL and Python.
  • Experience with BigQuery, GCP, Databrick, and machine learning platforms a plus.
  • Experience in hospitality and/or gaming industry a plus.
