Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of the Nursing Department at LifeBridge Health. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Maryland
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • NIHSS - National Stroke Assoc NIH Stroke Scale certification
