Job Title: Nurse Practitioner

Johns Hopkins Medicine is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our Westminster practice. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality primary care to our patients.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary care to patients, including routine check-ups and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct health education and promotion activities to promote healthy lifestyles
Requirements:
  • CRNP License in the State of Maryland required
  • CPR Certification required
  • 3 years' experience preferred

  • Full-time - 32 hour clinical and 8 hours admin
  • Admin time may be remote
  • Night call once per month
