  • Financial Management: Drive operational consistency and rigor throughout the financials and operational reporting process.
  • Customer Relations: Serve as the main point of escalation for Project Managers for all customer-related issues and negotiations.
  • Performance Management: Provide regular performance reviews to all Project Managers and proactively apply performance coaching and feedback as required.
  • Process Improvement: Continually identify and implement plans for process and project management improvement.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share best practices and act as a coach for Project Management team.
  • Documentation: Monitor paper flow and ensure all documents are accounted for, filled out completely, legibly, and filed or distributed to the appropriate parties.
  • Business Development: Build client relationships and seek additional business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in Renewable Energy, with experience in Project or Site Management in Wind, Solar, and/or High Voltage industries preferred.
  • Certifications: PMP Certification preferred.
