Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the success of our projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in directing project management and field staff, establishing positive relationships with clients, and managing project budgets and finances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for overall project success, including profitability, schedule, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Direct project management and field staff to execute project strategy and overcome challenges.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders associated with each construction project.
  • Manage and mentor Project Engineers and interns.
  • Oversee assigned projects per company processes, from Pre-Construction through Closeout.
  • Support the Project Superintendents to manage and maintain project schedule.
  • Manage overall project budget and finances to achieve margin, cashflow, and profit goals.
  • Visit and/or work from construction sites to monitor project progress and address issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and manage health, safety, and OSHA requirements.
