- Conduct a variety of tests to evaluate the properties of protein ingredients, including solubility, emulsification, foaming, and gelation.
- Analyze yogurt samples to assess their physical characteristics and stability.
- Oversee the inventory of laboratory supplies and materials, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and reorders are placed as needed.
- Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and maintain quality assurance standards.
- Schedule: Standard business hours

- Contract Duration: 6 months or longer
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
