About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Tax department, you will play a crucial role in developing relationships with clients and ensuring quality service and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tax planning strategies to reduce client liabilities
  • Review tax research and methodologies to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Participate in IRS audits and administrative hearings
  • Assist Partners with practice development and management
  • Represent the Firm in professional organizations
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of Tax experience in a public accounting firm
  • Bachelor's degree required; CPA license also required
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
What We Offer

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
