At Gaylor Electric, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead our commercial and industrial electrical projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, management, and supervision to ensure the successful completion of electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage crews of electrical professionals, including lead persons, journeypersons, apprentices, and helpers.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Supervise on-site construction projects, trade contractors, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed within established parameters.
  • Review project documents, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Resolve construction difficulties, coordinate field installations, and oversee project close-outs.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers/clients, ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, project costs, time constraints, and quality standards.
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations for assigned personnel as directed.
Requirements:
  • High school/college graduate or equivalent studies/experience.
  • Four or more years of field supervision/management experience and meets position requirements.
  • High level interpersonal relationship skills, proficiency in communication skills, organization skills, and must be computer literate (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel).
