About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Career Transition Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently, developing your own schedule and work style, while still being part of a supportive global team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize our methodologies and systems to develop your own unique approach to career transition and personal development
  • Participate in and contribute to global online training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Build relationships with team members and clients to provide exceptional support and guidance
  • Problem-solve and seek advice on relevant aspects of the business to drive growth and success
  • Create effective marketing materials to attract prospective leads and clients
  • Be imaginative in finding and using available platforms to place advertisements and promote our services
  • Interview prospective clients and leads to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Be comfortable using computer and smartphone technology and have a reliable internet connection
  • Invest time in personal development products, resources, and materials to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Demonstrate a determination to work independently and manage your flexible schedule to balance your life
  • Spend a minimum of 10 hours per week actively working in the role and be prepared to build on this over time
