Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Water Business Group Manager to lead our Mid-Atlantic Water Business Group. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong track record of success in the water industry, with a focus on business development, client management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the annual business plan for the Mid-Atlantic Water Business Group
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including municipal, private water, and federal water clients
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the water business in the Mid-Atlantic region
  • Collaborate with other business groups and market sector directors to achieve company goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the water industry, with a focus on business development and client management
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and delivering results
  • Strong business development and marketing skills, with a focus on the water industry
  • Registered Professional Engineer in Maryland, Virginia, or DC, or the ability to gain reciprocity

The expected compensation range for this position in MD is $162,624 - $232,320 annually, depending on skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
