Responsibilities:
  • Platform Systems Engineering: Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable platform systems to support business-critical applications and services.
  • Cybersecurity Integration: Implement cybersecurity best practices and standards throughout the platform systems architecture.
  • Platform Automation and Orchestration: Develop and implement automation tools and scripts to streamline platform deployment, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
  • Incident Response and Forensics: Develop incident response plans and procedures to effectively respond to cybersecurity incidents.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive documentation of platform system configurations, security policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Sec+, CISSP, CEH, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in platform systems engineering, with a focus on cybersecurity.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable platform architectures using cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including secure system design, access control, encryption, and vulnerability management.
