Shift: PM Shift

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome each guest warmly, facilitate their check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate room keys and assignments are provided.
  • Handle incoming calls, manage online and in-person booking requests, and respond to inquiries regarding room rates, availability, amenities, loyalty programs, and special requests.

Record Keeping:
Maintain precise records of all guest account information.

  • Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared for incoming guests.
  • Address customer complaints as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Availability on weekends is essential.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality sector as a front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service representative is preferred.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
  • Comfortable handling phone calls and managing stressful situations.
  • Exhibits exceptional interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills.
